At Anjalika.in we believe in providing complete customer satisfaction. In order to meet this end, we have a very liberal "Return Policy" on all purchases made from our site.
In case the customer is not satisfied with the quality / authenticity of the products purchased by them, we will replace or refund the value of the product.
1. The purchased product should be returned to us within 7 to 10 working Days of the delivery at their own expense.
2. Any FREE GIFTS given along with the original purchased product will also have to be returned.
3. Not always all the goods are available, so it would be kind request to our clients to confirm before making payment the availability if it’s a customized order. Delivery of goods may sometimes take 7 days to delivery; normal delivery would be made in 3 to 4 days.
4. We have integrated CC Avenue and PayPal payment options, as we consider both are safest payment gateways for our clients who wish to make payment through credit cards/Debit Cards and Internet Banking. Automatic online bill and order confirmation mail will be sent to the customers on their e-mail.
5. Please drop us an email at email@example.com to notify us that you are returning the product. After that you will need to courier the product along with the box and certificate (if any) back to us. After receiving back the product, we will issue you a full refund or we will exchange the product as per your wish. Please note that all return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.
